1. Independence from Amazon Web Services

cloudpractitionerprep.com is an independent, third-party exam-preparation resource. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way associated with Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates.

"AWS," "Amazon Web Services," "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner," "CLF-C02," and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Their use on this site is solely to identify the subject matter of the exam for descriptive purposes. Use of these marks does not imply any relationship or endorsement.

2. What the Service Is

We provide an independent online study resource for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02) exam, including practice questions, training content, and assessment tools. Nothing on this site is an official AWS product or endorsed AWS training.

3. What Your Purchase Includes

A one-time payment of $49 USD grants you lifetime access to the practice question bank on cloudpractitionerprep.com, including:

  • All timed practice test lengths (15, 30, 45, and 65 questions)
  • All future updates to the question bank and training content
  • Domain-weighted, randomized test attempts with detailed explanations

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the service operates. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with reasonable notice; in such an event we will offer a prorated refund.

The purchase does not include any official AWS certification, exam voucher, or AWS training product.

4. No Guarantee of Exam Results

We make no guarantee that using this service will result in passing the CLF-C02 exam or any other AWS certification exam.

Practice test scores generated by this service are informal estimates based on a subset of practice questions. They are not official AWS scores, do not use AWS's proprietary scaled-scoring methodology, and are not predictive of real exam results. The CLF-C02 exam is administered solely by AWS; only AWS determines passing or failing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this service only for your own personal study. You must not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the question bank or any content
  • Copy, reproduce, scrape, or extract practice questions or explanations
  • Use automated tools to access the site
  • Attempt to circumvent payment gates or security controls
  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable law

6. Intellectual Property

All practice questions, explanations, training content, and site code are owned by or licensed to cloudpractitionerprep.com. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access this content for your own exam preparation only.

7. Accuracy of Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that practice questions and explanations are accurate as of their creation date. AWS may update exam content, domain weightings, or services without notice. We cannot guarantee that all content reflects the most current exam guide. Always refer to the official AWS exam guide as the authoritative source.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cloudpractitionerprep.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including (without limitation) failure to pass any exam, loss of earnings, or loss of data.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted with a revised "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. (Note: this clause should be completed with a specific jurisdiction after legal review.)
