Refund Policy

10-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your access to the practice question bank for any reason, you may request a full refund within 10 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@cloudpractitionerprep.com with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your purchase date (or approximate date)
  • A brief note that you would like a refund (reason optional)

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the credit may take 5–10 additional business days to appear on your statement.

After the 10-Day Window

Refund requests received more than 10 days after the original purchase date are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We aim to be fair — if you have encountered a technical issue or exceptional circumstance, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Conditions

  • The guarantee applies to the one-time $49 purchase of practice-test access.
  • Only one refund per customer per purchase.
  • Refunds are not available for free-tier features (the 15-question diagnostic and free training content are already provided at no charge).
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
